Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has Operations. It’s a DLC, a massive pack of additional (some, time-limited) content. Each Operation Update introduced new maps, modes and skins. All Operations are made by the game developer, Valve. These updates help keep the game popular and alive. Players also get the opportunity to refresh emotions and impressions. Operation Payback was the first-ever operation introduced in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO). It served as a community-driven initiative to support map creators while offering players access to curated, high-quality community maps in official matchmaking.

Operation Bravo in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) was a community-driven operation released on September 19, 2013, and ended on January 20, 2014. It was one of the first operations to feature both community-made maps and official in-game rewards.

It featured eight community-voted maps from previous operations, selected based on popularity. Players could purchase an Operation Phoenix pass for $2.99 USD, granting access to these maps and an Operation Phoenix bronze coin. The operation was initially set to conclude on June 4, 2014, but was extended to June 11, 2014.
